By accessing or using the PremiumCo Domains website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
PremiumCo Domains provides premium domain name registration services across seven industry-specific extensions: .co.business, .co.education, .co.events, .co.financial, .co.network, .co.place, and .co.technology. Domain registrations are offered on a one-time payment basis.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Domain registrations are subject to availability. PremiumCo reserves the right to refuse registration of any domain name at its sole discretion. Domains are classified into tiers based on length and dictionary recognition, which may affect pricing and availability.
Upon successful registration and payment, you are granted the right to use the registered domain name for as long as the Service remains operational. PremiumCo does not charge recurring fees for domain ownership.
PremiumCo provides DNS hosting services for registered domains, including management of A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS, and SRV records. You may alternatively delegate DNS to your own nameservers.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Domains registered through PremiumCo may be transferred to other users on the platform, subject to the transfer process and policies established by PremiumCo. Transfers to external registrars are not supported.
PremiumCo reserves the right to suspend or revoke a domain registration if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by applicable law. PremiumCo will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any suspension or revocation.
PremiumCo provides free WHOIS privacy protection for all registered domains. Your personal registration information will not be publicly available in WHOIS databases.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PremiumCo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PremiumCo does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.
PremiumCo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
